“The world is aggressive towards you. We are judged.”

Adnan Zafar, known as Pakistan’s Ken Doll, is one of the most popular social media influencers and is loved for his content on TikTok and Instagram.

The social media influencer appeared on the Excuse Me podcast with Ahmad Ali Butt, opening up about his childhood and growing up in a broken home.

Adnan told Ahmad that he moved to Dubai in 2011 and his mother still resides in Pakistan where she owns a salon.

He revealed that his mother raised him as a single parent after his father left.

Ahmad admitted that he was also a child from a broken home and asked Adnan if he believed that children from broken families were more creative in their work because of the hardships they had grown up around.

Adnan replied: “I completely agree with you. They say that the happiest person has the most broken background.

“You see so much in life when your parents break up and you have to come out of that situation, you have never seen anything tougher than that.

“Growing up without a father is very difficult.

“The world is aggressive towards you. We are judged.

“My mother worked so hard for us and she kept being told to get married again, but she didn’t.

“I worked hard, and by the grace of God, I was able to buy my mother a house. I saw the days when my relatives did not support us.

“I did not have a normal childhood, I knew I had to be focused on building my own future.”

Pakistan’s ‘Ken Doll’ was also asked for the secret behind his glowing persona.

He stated that if a person has a good heart then this reflected on a person’s face before jokingly admitting that he also had cosmetic procedures done.

He opened up about how he got the name Ken Doll, saying it came when he went to parties and was told that he had a perfect jawline and resembled the famous doll.

The latest episode was loved by fans and many appreciated Adnan for his humble nature.
