Imran Khan’s Lawyer & PML-N Senator get into Fight on Live TV

A live television debate between Imran Khan’s lawyer and a PML-N Senator erupted as the pair got into a fistfight.

Sher Afzal Khan Marwat and Dr Afnan Ullah Khan appeared on Express TV for a political debate.

Things quickly got heated as Dr Khan accused Imran Khan of holding secret talks with military leaders and committing several wrongdoings.

Abusive language was being used and the argument soon turned personal as the pair started dragging in each other’s families.

Suddenly, the lawyer gets up and hits Dr Khan over the head.

Dr Khan retaliates, grabbing Marwat and pushing him out of shot. Their fight goes to the ground as the senator kicks and slaps Marwat.

Crew members rushed to separate the brawling duo. One member is heard saying: “Let go.”

As Dr Khan reappears, he is being held by a crew member. Still angry, he tries to throw a chair at his opponent but is prevented from doing so.

The heated situation is eventually diffused as both men are separated. However, they continue to verbally abuse each other.

Dr Khan later spoke about the incident on X, stating that although he believes in non-violence, he is “Nawaz Sharif’s soldier”.

He tweeted: “Marwat attacked me in the talk show yesterday, I believe in non-violence but I am Nawaz Sharif’s soldier.

“The trick that has been put on Marwat is an important lesson for all PTI and especially for Imran Khan, they will not be able to show their face, they will have to wear big black glasses.”

Meanwhile, PTI’s Sher Afzal Khan Marwat hit out at Express TV, saying:

“If Express TV and Javed Chaudhry want a real public verdict on the issue of the fight that took place yesterday in their TV show, justice demands that nothing be hidden from the public.

“Express TV has a five- or six-minute-long recording of the discussion that led to the fight.

“Why is that five or six-minute recording not being shared with the public? Any answer or justification?”

“The whole truth came to public knowledge. If Javed Chaudhry kindly shares the entire 6.30-minute clip, everything will be clear, including the answer as to why I slapped him.”

Speaking about Dr Khan, Marwat added:

“He is spreading rumours that my opponent was a Superman.

“He is not telling the reality which is that Afnan Ullah ran away from the studio and took shelter in a nearby room, which I came to know after watching his programme today.”

Marwat now plans to “initiate a defamation case and criminal complaint” against the senator.
