As Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have been spotted a couple of times this week at YRF studios, reports are in that the two may be gearing up for an action shoot for Tiger 3 in the city. As per a report, the two could not go to Turkey for shoot due to COVID 19 and hence, the setting may be created in Mumbai for shoot.

It has been a couple of weeks since the reports of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif shooting for Tiger 3 have been coming in and fans of the two have been excited about it. Amid all the buzz, a recent report by the national daily claims that Salman and Katrina could not go to Turkey to shoot for a few action sequences and hence, the makers are creating the Turkish setting in Mumbai itself. The stars were spotted at the YRF studios this week and that left fans curious to know about Tiger 3.
Now, a report in Mid-Day claims that due to rising COVID 19 cases, Salman and Katrina could not go to Istanbul to shoot for the action scenes. Reportedly, the makers are erecting a Turkish setting in Goregaon with the help of the production design team where Katrina and Salman will apparently shoot for heavy-duty action stunts. As per the national daily’s report, a lavish set with Turkish architecture will be erected where Salman and Katrina will reportedly shoot with artillery tanks and grenades.
A source told the daily, “A lavish set, reflecting the architectural style of a quaint Turkish locale, is being erected at the SRPF Ground in Goregaon. Maneesh Sharma wants several heavy-duty action scenes, complete with artillery tanks and grenades, to play out against this backdrop as Salman’s Tiger and Katrina’s character Zoya Humaimi take on the bad guys. The set will be up and running by the first week of April.” Further, it was reported that the producer Aditya Chopra is constantly reworking the schedules so that the outdoor shoot to Istanbul and Dubai can be made possible with the safety of the cast and crew. However, due to COVID 19, the crew won’t be able to go to the interiors of Istanbul, a set in Mumbai reportedly was chosen to film those parts.
Meanwhile, as per the report, the set will be ready by April first week and then those portions will be shot. It was reported this month that puja was done with Salman, Emraan Hashmi and Katrina on the sets after which the shoot had begun. Since Salman and Katrina were spotted at the YRF studios, fans of the two have been eager to know the details of the project. However, being a highly ambitious project for YRF, the makers have reportedly kept details under wraps.
