Will there be a Season 5 of FBI: Most Wanted?

Yes, don’t worry about it. The series was renewed for Seasons 4 and 5 back in May 2022.

FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 Release Date

The third and fourth season of ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ premiered in September and concluded in May. However, it seems that it is not going to be the case this time around.

Sadly, the whole FBI franchise, which includes the crime thriller series FBI: Most Wanted, has also been harmed by the ongoing strikes, much like many scripted TV productions.

The writers’ strike which began on May 1, 2023, has already affected the show. People on strike and their unions interrupted the filming of the show’s Season 4 finale for a few hours on May 11, 2023. A group called the WGA’s Rapid Response Team targeted the production. However, production was only temporarily paused and the finale still aired on May 23, 2023.

The premiere of FBI Most Wanted Season 5, which was first expected to be in September 2023, will most likely get delayed. We don’t know yet how, if at all, the strike will impact the fifth season of the series. If the strike goes on for much longer, however, it’s likely to delay the show’s premiere.

We expect the fifth season of the crime drama series to premiere in late 2023 or early 2023.

FBI: Most Wanted Season 5 Plot

The fourth season of “FBI: Most Wanted” concluded on May 23, 2023. The finale focused on Remy’s quest to uncover the identity of his brother’s murderer, a mystery dating back 25 years. As the story unfolds, it is revealed that one of Remy’s friends had tragically killed his brother, Mikey, during a spring break trip to Fort Lauderdale. With the team’s assistance, they ultimately captured and brought the true perpetrator to justice.

During his investigation, Remy also uncovered the fact that his brother had a child, leading to a meaningful encounter with his nephew. This touching revelation added an emotional ending to the season.

Even if there is less information available on the exact plotlines and character arcs for the forthcoming season, we are confident that the popular series’ upcoming season will unquestionably adhere to the show’s premise.
