After 8 long weeks, Bigg Boss OTT 2 has found its winner in Elvish Yadav, while Abhishek Malhan was announced as the runner-up.

The other finalists of the show were Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve and Pooja Bhatt.

The social media influencer and YouTuber took home a glamorous trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 25 lakhs.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 was originally scheduled to air for six weeks, but the show’s run was extended as viewing numbers increased.

When Elvish entered Bigg Boss OTT 2, his fellow wildcard contestant Aashika Bhatia revealed how the YouTuber had once body-shamed her.

In an episode aired on July 13, Aashika and Elvish entered the Bigg Boss OTT house as wildcard contestants together.

Bebika Dhurve and Aashika Bhatia instantly connected.

Bebika asked: “Since how many years have you known Elvish?”

Aashika said that she came to know about Elvish Yadav during the Covid-19 lockdown when he ‘roasted’ her in a YouTube video.

She said that Elvish Yadav fat-shamed her and added: “But I ignored it as I am very happy in my skin.”

Bebika Dhurve shared an experience of her own, saying: “I have also been body-shamed a lot here.

“Have you seen Abhishek Malhan doing that to me?”

Later, Elvish Yadav reacted to this saying: “Both of us have made videos on each other and the matter was closed.

“She was also going to file a police complaint against me.”

Aashika Bhatia then said: “You roasted everyone but you were brutal with me.”

Bigg Boss is a popular reality show where a group of celebrity contestants live together in a specially designed house for a certain period of time.

The contestants are isolated from the outside world and are constantly monitored by cameras.

They participate in various tasks and challenges to win rewards and immunity from eviction.

The first season of the OTT series was hosted by Karan Johar.

The first season of Bigg Boss, hosted by Arshad Warsi, debuted on November 3, 2006, and has since become a success.

Salman Khan made a blockbuster entry on Bigg Boss OTT 2 on June 17, 2023.

The Bollywood actor also introduced BB Currency, which helped contestants survive in the game.

Each contestant received BB currency based on their ranks.

While the ranks were first determined by audiences, they were changed by panellists at the grand premiere.
