Can anyone Steal My Whatsapp Account Data?

WhatsApp, the world’s most popular messaging app, has warned users about account theft.
WhatsApp’s technical group Web Beta Info has warned WhatsApp users about account theft via Twitter.
Another attempt to steal your WhatsApp account: “prove that you’re a human sending the code you’ve just received from WhatsApp, or your account will be disabled tomorrow”.
Please. Please. Please. Be careful and enable the Two Step Verification in WhatsApp Settings > Account! https://t.co/yKvj2zaVnR

According to a tweet from Web Beta Info, users have received some messages from WhatsApp asking them to send a specific code for verification.
Web Beta Info’s tweet states that during the attempt, the user receives a message asking them to verify the code sent by WhatsApp or your account will be deactivated tomorrow.
However, WhatsApp says that it is not sending any such message to users, so users should enable the ‘Two-Step Verification’ feature to secure their account.
The tweet, shared by Web Beta, calls for blocking and reporting of accounts requesting 6-digit codes.
The tweet added that you will never be asked for a 6-digit code from WhatsApp and WhatsApp support.
