The search for a dangerous suspect reveals a sophisticated network and a broader nefarious scheme that will drive the D.C. team to Hawai’i in a race to avert the next large-scale attack.

The crossover event concludes at 10 p.m. with the Season 2 debut of NCIS: Hawai’i. Tennant’s team, along with NCIS agents Nick Torres and Jessica Knight, track The Raven’s whereabouts on the island of Oahu and discover his plans to attack RIMPAC (The Rim of the Pacific Exercises), the largest international maritime warfare exercise in the world, in the Prisoners’ Dilemma pilot episode.
