Malaika Arora admitted to Hospital after Car Accident
In a pile-up between three vehicles, Malaika Arora has reportedly sustained minor injuries.
According to Khopoli police, she was taken to the Apollo hospital for treatment.
The police have made a mention of the incident and an FIR will be registered after investigating how the accident happened.
Police inspector Shirish Pawar from Khopoli police station said: “The accident happened at the 38km point on Mumbai-Pune expressway which is an accident-prone area.
“Three vehicles rammed onto each other and all three vehicles have received damages.
“The motorists drove away immediately after the accident and hence what kind of injuries have been received is not clear.
“We are told that all have received very minor injuries.”
Malaika’s Range Rover was crushed between two tourist vehicles. The actress was travelling with her driver and bodyguard.
Assistant police inspector Haresh Kalsekar from Khopoli police station said: “We have received the registration number of all the three cars and now we would contact the owners to understand what had actually happened.
“Currently we have made a mention of the incident and an FIR will be registered after investigating how the accident happened and who was at fault.”
Malaika’s sister Amrita confirmed the development and informed through a message that read:
“Malaika is now getting better. She will be kept under observation for some time.”

ANI took to its official Twitter handle to share an update. The tweet read:
“Actor Malaika has minor injuries on her forehead; CT scan has turned out fine & she is currently okay.
“The actor will be kept under observation for the night & will be discharged in the morning tomorrow: Apollo Hospital.”
A source close to Malaika reportedly told India Today: “Malaika is shaken by the incident but doing okay.
“She has had a few stitches and is doing fine. She didn’t have any major head injury as she had a cushion next to her head.
“She should be back home by Sunday afternoon.”
Malaika Arora was at a fashion event on April 2, 2022. She had been sharing pictures and videos from the event on her Instagram Story.
Meanwhile, on the personal front, Malaika Arora is dating Arjun Kapoor after her divorce from Arbaaz Khan in 2017.
