Kapil Sharma accused of Breaching North America Tour Contract

A case has been filed against Kapil Sharma for allegedly breaching his contract during his tour of North America in 2015.

According to reports, Sai USA Inc filed the lawsuit against the comedian.

It is alleged that during his tour in 2015, Kapil was paid for six shows but only performed five of them.

The lawsuit stated that Kapil would pay for the loss.

Sai USA Inc is based in New Jersey and is led by Amit Jaitly.

Mr Jaitly claimed that Kapil had committed to paying back the loss.

He said: “He did not perform and has not responded although we tried several times to get in touch with him before the court.”

According to the report, the case is pending in a New York court.

Sai USA Inc will “definitely be taking legal action against him”.
