Esha Gupta reveals how She deals with Trolls

“people will say something because it is their job to do that.”

Esha Gupta is currently taking in the positive responses for her portrayal of Sonia in Aashram 3.

The show stars Bobby Deol as a godman who is a conman.

The third season has had a lot of people talking, partially due to the racy scenes between Bobby and Esha’s characters.

Esha spoke about the release of Aashram 3 as well as how she deals with trolls.

Some social media users frequently troll her sultry posts but the actress stated that she only cares about the opinion of those who are close to her.

She said: “These people will always tell me what is good for me and what is not.

“And for trollers, it is like people will say something because it is their job to do that.”

On how she does not let the haters affect her, Esha continued:

“But trollers are fans only, that is why they are commenting on my post, right?

“They are my equal followers of those who love me.

“It is just that, trollers are fans with negative energy in their minds, so they express hatred. I or any sensible human being cannot be affected by them, we are living life!”

Esha also spoke about reuniting with Prakash Jha for the series after 10 years, having last worked together on Chakravyuh, stating that working on Aashram 3 felt like “coming back home”.

Esha Gupta also shared her method when it comes to choosing a project.

She explained: “I started my independent life at a very young age.

“There were days when I worked in a cafe as a student to earn my pocket money.

“But now after all these years, I have a set parameter. My acting project either has to satisfy my pocket or my soul.”

“If I am not earning a lot of money from the assignment or a story, a role that is so exciting that would challenge me as an actress, what is the point of doing it?

“By the grace of God, I am doing well and not really working just to run my kitchen. I am at that stage of life where I am looking for satisfaction.”
