The sequel will include “a mystery of historic proportions,” according to Netflix. After being hired by a young girl who works in a match factory to find her sister, Enola goes on her most spectacular adventure.
However, Enola will soon find herself involved in a chase across London, travelling from the dirty industrial area of the city to the high society galas.
That reminds us of the plot of the second book in the Enola Holmes Mysteries series, on which the film series is based. Although we doubt the sequel will be an identical adaptation, it is clear that the book served as an inspiration.
