At Comic-Con 2022, Kevin Feige surprised everybody by announcing two Avengers movies –Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret WarsThe movies were supposed to release within six months of each other, unfortunately, the release schedule has shifted a bit since that announcement.

Both the movies announced for Phase 6 will mark the end of the Multiverse Saga. Phase 6 features all of the Marvel Studios productions set to be released starting from late 2024 to mid-2026, with Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures distributing the films.

There is already plenty to get excited over alongside those Avengers movies, as we’ll also see the long-awaited MCU debuts for Fantastic Four and Deadpool. Here’s a look at MCU movies set to release in Phase 6.

MCU Phase 6 Movies: Confirmed & Unconfirmed Movies

Deadpool 3

Release date: Nov 8, 2024

Phase 6 will start off with the release of Deadpool 3. The famous Ryan Reynold’s character is returning on the screen now in collaboration with the MCU. After Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox was announced in December 2017, Disney CEO Bob Iger said Ryan Reynolds would reprise his role as Wade Wilson / Deadpool from 20th Century Fox’s R-rated X-Men films Deadpool in the PG-13 rated Marvel Cinematic Universe

On December 2019, Reynolds confirmed a third Deadpool film was in development at Marvel Studios, with Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin writing the film by November 2020, when Reynolds’ involvement and the film’s R-rating were confirmed.

Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman will be making an appearance in the movie as his character, Logan and actors Karan Soni and Leslie Uggams will reprise their respective roles as Dopinder and Blind Al from the previous Deadpool films.

Fantastic Four

Release date: Feb 14, 2025

At San Diego Comic-Con in July 2019, Feige announced Marvel Studios was developing a Fantastic Four film for the MCU. Even though the movie will not be about the Fantastic Four origin, we can expect a new storyline for the superheroes.

There has been no official cast confirmation, so we have no idea yet if John Krasinski will return as Reed Richards after he (briefly) appeared in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Avengers: The Kang Dynasty

Release date: May 2, 2025

At San Diego Comic-Con in July 2022, Marvel Studios announced Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. It will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton as director.  Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania writer Jeff Loveness is writing the screenplay. Jonathan Majors will reprise his role as Kang the Conqueror.

 Avengers: Secret Wars

Release date: May 1, 2026

Michael Waldron will write the screenplay for this, after previously serving as head writer for the first season of Loki (2021) and the writer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Besides these confirmed MCU Phase 6 movies, Marvel has three unannounced films set for release on July 25 and November 7, 2025, and February 13, 2026.

Sadly we have no information on the TV shows that will be arriving during Phase 6. However, there are rumours that some TV shows are in development, including a Wakanda series said to explore the origin story of Okoye (played by Danai Gurira) and a Nova series.

We could also see the second seasons of previously released series too.
