Aamir Liaquat’s ex-wife Dania Shah breaks silence on his Death

Following the sudden death of Aamir Liaquat, his ex-wife Dania Shah has broken her silence.

Aamir passed away on June 9, 2022, after he was reportedly found unconscious at his home in Karachi.

He is believed to have experienced some discomfort in his chest. His staff found him after they heard a scream coming from his bedroom.

Although no foul play has been detected, police are investigating Aamir’s death due to it happening in mysterious circumstances.

He announced his third marriage to Dania Shah in February 2022.

But in May, she filed for divorce, accusing Aamir of forcing her to make adult videos to “send to people abroad” and locking her up for five days if she refused to do it.

She also claimed that she was actually younger than her supposed age of 18.

Dania has now broken her silence on Aamir’s sudden death.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote:

“May Allah forgive Aamir and grant his soul the highest place in Jannah. Ameen.”

She later revealed that she has forgiven Aamir:

“I came to know through the media that my husband had passed away.

“I want to request to the Governor and Chief Minister Punjab that I should be allowed to see him for the last time. I want to go to him. I should be provided with security so I can go see him.

“We had reconciled, I didn’t know he would leave me like this.

“I have forgiven him. There’s no ill will between a husband and his wife.

“We had gone through our hardships and things were finally going towards a reconciliation. We didn’t know this would happen.”

Speaking about women who are separated from their husbands, Dania said:

“You should love your spouse enough that he doesn’t look at other women. Don’t spend so much time apart that he leaves you alone in this world.”

Meanwhile, Dania’s mother Salma Begum said the couple had not finalised their divorce, adding that Aamir had contacted the family in a bid to reconcile with Dania.

Salma expressed her condolences and said Aamir’s sudden death caused “great distress” to her family.

She said: “Aamir Liaquat wanted to reconcile with Dania from the first day after she filed for khula (woman’s right to divorce).

“I told him to take care of himself first as things had turned out to be complicated.”

“The divorce had not been finalised yet.”

After Dania had filed for divorce, she leaked indecent videos of Aamir.

Aamir reacted, saying: “These people are paying heed to a 14-15 year old.

“Anyone who consumes alcohol cannot recite these verses. Everyone has buried my reputation in the mud over a girl whose interviews should not have taken in the first place.

“She filed for divorce and I was complying with it. All these new YouTubers and so-called journalists who have come forward [to give coverage to Dania] have done great injustice to Pakistan.”

He added: “I have no choice but to leave the country after this fiasco.”
